This global intensive course, a collaboration between ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder, Politecnico di Milano, and the University of Brescia, focuses on district-scale energy concepts and modeling. Taking place in Lecco, Italy, near Lake Como, from May 25 for 12 days, students will explore urban-scale building energy analysis using platforms like URBANoptâ„¢ and REoptâ„¢ to assess the advantages of interactive building and energy resource designs. The course encourages international collaboration by pairing U.S. and Italian students to enhance learning through diverse educational and cultural perspectives.
