Lauren joined the CEAS Advancement team as the director of alumni & donor engagement in April 2025. In this role, she leads the strategic vision for alumni engagement and donor relations within the college.
Originally from Evergreen, Colorado, Lauren has called Montana home for the past 17 years. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Marketing from Montana State University in Bozeman and an MBA at the University of Montana in Missoula. She also holds a certification in Entertainment and Event Management.
Before joining ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder, Lauren spent her career at the Montana State University Alumni Foundation, where she held various roles, most recently overseeing MSU’s alumni chapters and regional events. Passionate about helping alumni stay connected to their university and to one another, Lauren is excited to bring her experience to ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder and continue fostering strong, engaged communities.

Ellie joined the alumni engagement team in March 2023 and leads volunteer engagement and alumni communications for ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Engineering. Her background lies at the intersection of volunteer management, community engagement, and higher education.
Throughout her career, Ellie has supported students, alumni, volunteers, and community partners across academic and nonprofit settings—building meaningful connections and creating opportunities for engagement along the way. As assistant director, she collaborates with the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder Engineering community to foster an inclusive and supportive network for students, alumni, faculty, and industry partners.
A forever Buff herself, Ellie earned her master’s degree in communication from ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder. She’s originally from the northern edge of the Missouri Ozarks and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in communication and women’s studies from the University of Missouri–Columbia—the first public university west of the Mississippi River.

Program Manager of Alumni Engagement

Diamond joined the CEAS Advancement team as the program manager for alumni events in June 2025. Diamond leads the planning and execution of key signature events that engage alumni within the College of Engineering and & Applied Science.
Diamond earned her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, where she began her career in the hotel industry before transitioning to higher education in 2020, working in conference planning at the University of Kentucky. After relocating to Colorado in 2022, she worked for ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder’s Center for Humanities & the Arts, where she oversaw events and communications for the Center.
Diamond is excited to bring her passion for creating meaningful experiences to ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder Advancement and create events that inspire alumni to stay connected, involved, and invested in ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder.

Jessica joined the CEAS Advancement team in April 2025 as the Engagement Assistant. In this role, she supports the planning, coordination, and execution of alumni engagement efforts—helping to create meaningful moments that connect and grow the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Engineering community.Ìý
A proud Forever Buff, Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphases in Marketing and Information Management from the Leeds School of Business. She brings nearly a decade of experience in campus events and a deep belief in the power of kindness, service, and connection.Ìý
A Colorado native, Jessica loves the natural beauty of Boulder and is inspired by the incredible people who make up the ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Engineering community. She’s excited to continue learning about engineering excellence and helping alumni stay connected.
