Sharon E. Anderson serves as Director of Undergraduate Research and is responsible for ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Engineering's comprehensive offering of undergraduate research programs, includingÌý

  • Fundamentals of Undergraduate Research (FUTURE);
  • Discover Learning Apprenticeship (DLA);
  • ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Summer Program for Undergraduate Research (¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä SPUR)

Sharon also oversees the Internship-for-Credit program, which allows ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Engineering students to receive either free/technical elective credit for participating in a paid industry internship.

Sharon earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education from the University of Colorado Boulder, with many family members who are also Forever Buffs. She has worked at ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Engineering for nearly two decades in research and internship programs, student advisory boards, and graduate student advising. Sharon is a strong advocate for career readiness and works toÌýinstill a sense of pride and professionalism in the students who participate in undergraduate research and internship-for-credit programs.Ìý
