For the upcoming fall break schedule next week, we want to make you aware of the impacts to building access and a reduction in some of the services Facilities Management provides on Monday, November 24^nd, 2025.

Building Access

We will follow the break schedule listed below beginning Monday, November 24^Ìýthrough Wednesday, November 26, 2025. We will transition to the holiday access schedule protocol starting on Thursday, November 27 through Friday, November 28, 2025.

Distribution Center

Distribution Services will have their normal operating hours of 7:30am-4:00pm and standard services on Wednesday 11/26.Ìý They will be fully closed Thursday 11/27 and Friday 11/27, and no services will be available.Ìý They will reopen Monday 12/1.

Custodial operations

Custodial services will be limited throughout campus on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. If you know of a need for services due to activity happening in your building, please reach out to Dev Chaudhary,Ìýdev.chaudhary@colorado.eduÌýso we can focus our operations in those areas.

Operations Control Center (OCC) will be open 24/7. Please call 303-492-5522 if you need to report a facility-related emergency, including urgent custodial needs.

We will resume regular building access and daily, routine services to all spaces on Monday, December 1, 2025.
