Tuition and fees are just one part of the overall cost to attend ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder. The full cost of attendance for an academic year could include expenses such as on-campus housing and food, books and supplies, and items that are not billed by the university, such as personal expenses, transportation and medical insurance. Summer 2026 rates can be found below. Meal plans are required for residence halls, with the exception of Maymester. Block meal plans are available for purchase for those in Apartment Style Living and Maymester residence hall students.

Summer to Fall Extension Option

Continuing ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä undergraduate students living in campus housing for the summer with a campus housing undergraduate fall contract are eligible for an option from Aug. 1 - 14, 2026. Contact universityhousing@colorado.edu with any questions.Ìý

The total amount charged will be a prorated amount between the current assignment cost and fall assignment cost if moving into different room types.
