Sexual Harrassment or Sexual Misconduct

The University of Colorado Sexual Misconduct, Intimate Partner Violence and Stalking Policy prohibits sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, sexual exploitation and sexual harassment.


Ways to report sexual harassment or sexual misconduct:

Please do not use online forms if you are currently in a situation where immediate medical, police, psychological or other emergency services are needed. In case of an emergency, call 911.

Instances of sexual harassment or sexual misconduct should be reported to the Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC).

If an individual discloses alleged sexual harassment or sexual misconduct  to a employee who is a mandatory reporter or what is called a “responsible employee” (any employee who has the authority to hire, promote, discipline, evaluate, grade, formally advise or direct faculty, staff or students), these individuals are required to inform OIEC.
