One of ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder's own faculty members, Melissa Hart, is among three finalists nominated to fill an upcoming vacancy on the Colorado Supreme Court. Hart, an expert in employment discrimination, civil procedure and constitutional law, was on the short list of nominees in 2015 as well.
