Koch to retire as ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉäPD chief after 3 decades of policing
¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder Police Chief Ken Koch is planning to retire next month after a lengthy law enforcement career on campus and in Arizona and New Mexico.
