Campus herbicide applications start March 23
Weather permitting, Facilities Management Outdoor Services will conduct two separate applications of the pre-emergent herbicides Pendulum 2G and Gallery 75DF to limited campus landscape beds beginning March 23through March 31.
Lot 204 returns to permit holder lot the Monday after spring break
Effective April 3, the temporary visitor lot(204)located at Euclid Avenue and 18th Street across from Euclid Parking Garagewill return to its weekday-permit holder status. Lot 204 will return as a paystation lot weeknights after 5 p.m. and all day on weekends.

A new study on Baffin Island in the Canadian Arctic shows that the Barnes Ice Cap, the last remnant of the ice sheet that once blanketed much of North America, will disappear in a few hundred years.

Steve Lamos, who teaches English, writing and rhetoric at Boulder, is also the drummer for '90s rock band American Football, ranked among the “Top 10 All Time” emo bands by Rolling Stone. The group recently reunited and released a second album.
