Ho-a named AVC of finance and business strategy
After a national search, Senior Vice Chancellor and CFO Kelly Fox has named Carla Ho-a associate vice chancellor for Finance and Business Strategy (FBS), effective June 1.

With offers from the Fulbright program, a number of ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder graduate students and alumni are eyeing research and teaching in such places as the Netherlands, India, France and Chile.
Academic advisors West and Ibarra awarded for outstanding service
Each spring, ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder presents the Advisor of the Year Award for outstanding service in academic advising. This year, Arts and Sciences advisor Dylan West won the new professional award, and College of Music advisor Victoria Ibarra was the winner in the experienced professional category.
Class of 2017: Racing around the world in high-definition
Last year, ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder senior Floyd Pierce, raced around the world for $1 millionÌýas a contestant on "TheÌýAmazing Race." CBS has aired seven episodes, and, so far, Pierce is still in the game.

¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉäPD arrests close multiple theft cases
Last week, ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder Police Department closed four open theft cases with the arrest Robert Thomas Hawley and Ania Y. Schill. And on Tuesday, officers arrested Eric Todd Ditmore after he was reported stealing a bike near Williams Village.
