Unlocking the secrets of a cellular shapeshifter
Assistant Professor of Physics Loren Hough has earned a $1.8 million award from the National Institute of General Medical Science to study tubulin, a shape-shifting cellular protein that is quietly essential to many life processes.
Treatment for trauma-affected children and families the focus of new grant
Under a new $2 million grant, Boulder's Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence will work with Colorado-based Mental Health Partners to increase the capacity to identify children and families who have experienced trauma and provide evidence-based trauma-focused treatment.The project is expected to support more than 900 clinicians, and serveover 3,100 clients.

Theatre to present all-female ‘Twelfth Night’
Boulder’s 2016-17 theatre season continues with a highly anticipated all-female production of Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night.” Directed by renowned Los Angeles actor, director, teacher and producer Lisa Wolpe, the production runs Nov. 4 through Nov. 13 in the University Theatre.
