Chancellor invites nominations for the 2018 Regent Awards

Alan Townsend named new director of INSTAAR
After an internal search, Vice Chancellor for Research & Innovation Terri Fiez appointed Alan Townsend director of INSTAAR. After 17 years at ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder and a stretch at Duke University, Townsend returned as associate vice chancellor for research earlier this year.
Faculty of the College of Arts and Sciences voted in September 2016 to implement a new set of General Education requirements that will replace the current A&S Core Curriculum. Read an update on the transition.
