Scholarships:
In partnership with industry professionals, the Klump Center provides scholarship funds to historically underrepresented students pursuing a career in real estate.
Klump Alumni Diverse Scholarship
Alumni of real estate programs at Leeds have created this scholarship encouraging first-generation college students and those from diverse backgrounds to pursue a career in real estate.
Conscious Bay Company Endowed Graduate Scholarship
MBA Students with a real estate focus are eligible. Selected students are involved in Leeds' diversity programs.
Real Estate Fellowship:
The mission is to provide highly-invested undergraduate business students with a real estate emphasis with opportunities, skills and resources to accelerate their preparedness for and exposure to the commercial real estate industry. Program offerings include bi-weekly workshops, technical training, career treks, individualized guidance and career prep, case competitions, mentorship program, complementary memberships to real estate trade organizations and up to $3,500 annually to cover associated costs.

- Additional offers for Diverse Fellows include conversations with diverse industry leaders, diversity in real estate events and scholarship awards
Klump Center Initiatives and Programs:
- Coordination with Colorado NAIOP and their Diversity initiative
- Development of the “Inclusive Builder Builders Program and Internships” with DMCAR and 6 other Denver real estate companies
- Partnered with Project REAP to offer Executive Education in Commercial Real Estate Certificates
