Brian Lindoerfer serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Management at ¶¶ÒõÂÃÐÐÉä Boulder, where he leads a diverse team responsible for the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of the university’s physical infrastructure. With a focus on sustainability and long-term planning, he ensures the university’s infrastructure and operational services support the campus academic and research mission while advancing resilience and operational excellence.

Brian is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado with 25+ years of facilities, engineering and construction management experience. He spent over 20 years as a Surface Warfare and Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy, and later managed Boulder County’s Building Services Division. Brian holds a B.S. in systems engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MBA from DePaul University, and an M.S. in civil engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
