Blood Biomarkers Project
Please come 4 hours fasted for the days you are getting your blood drawn. Water is ok to drink during this fasting period. You can bring food and flavored drinks for afterward.
Neural Excitability, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, and Motor Control Projects
Please wear/bring shorts so that we can access your lower leg. We need to be able to stick an adhesive gel electrode over the knee, ankle, and lower limb muscles.Ìý

Session lengths vary by study. Most visits last between 60 and 120 minutes, but specific details will be provided in advance. Some studies require multiple visits over several weeks.
